Prevention
​
We aim to prevent injuries through a multi-pronged approach by conducting annual musculoskeletal screenings. Our screening process is designed for each individual, focusing on asymmetry, strength, flexibility, and balance for athletes in different sports. For example, we look at limb strength imbalances for unilateral athletes and assess impact form for athletes in impact sports. We address issues immediately to prevent injuries during future play.​

Performance​

​We believe that combining stretching, strengthening, and mechanics training leads to significant performance gains. Our assessments are research-based, using sport-specific measures and tests recommended in journals. We also incorporate physical therapy and functional movement assessments for comprehensive testing.
